From the house of Okuma comes this spinning reel series called the Okuma Salina Bait Feeder Spinning Reel Series. This series incorporates a new design called the Blade Body Design. This narrows down the frame of the reel and reduces its mass and weight.
This series is based on the Salina spinning reel series for saltwater fishing that is so popular. The models in this series are capable of holding line from 8 pounds to 25 pounds. It has an aluminium reel that has five sealed ball bearings as well as the Dual Force Drag System that employs both the spool surfaces and maximises high end drag pressure.

It also comes with a Hydro Block Sealed Drag System that is a watertight seal that protects the reel’s fantastically engineered system. Other features include the proprietary bait feeding function and the ‘EOS’ elliptical oscillation system. It also uses Alumalite Rigid Aluminium Construction and has a Forged Aluminium Handle. Not only this it also 4 HPB stainless steel ball bearings that are corrosion resistant and 1 roller bearing that is Quick Set Anti Reverse. It also has an Aluminium Bail Wire that is oversized and a High Density Gearing that is cut with precision to make it stronger by a whopping 50% as compared to standard gears.
